Daniel Beaudoin (PhD, Lt. Col. Ret.) possesses a unique blend of academic training together with extensive operational experience as a civil-military (CIMIC) officer for the international aid organizations in crisis and conflict environments.
This includes the coordination and facilitation of humanitarian operations and international donor projects in complex emergencies. He teaches humanitarian negotiation, international organizations, human rights, humanitarian diplomacy, crisis management, and conflict resolution at Tel Aviv University, and at the Diplofoundation.
Daniel also conducts skilled based workshops on crisis management and on acquiring the tools necessary for achieving a 360 degrees situational awareness of the area of operations. Knowing who does what, why, with whom and when is critical for the mission success of aid agencies and other international organizations.
