+ institutional law of the European Union (in particular European Council, Council and Court of Justice of the European Union), distribution of competences between the EU and its Member States, questions on correct legal bases, relationship between Union law and national law; Treaty amendments and interpretation of primary law; procedures for the adoption of secondary and tertiary legal acts + external action of the EU, especially institutional peculiarities and conclusion of international agreements, Foreign and Security Policy + selected aspects of the free movement of Union citizens as well as of the fundamental freedoms in the internal market, area of freedom, security and justice; EU accession to the ECHR
